Rishabh Meta Ispat - primarily a Consultany Services Firm, is known as Subject Matter Expert for all Land related matters/issues/proposals. Having located in Nagpur, is known for its expertise across Maharashtra. We are primarily involved in -

A) De-Forestation - Our Primary and proven area of expertise apart from other consultancy areas. We have over 12 years of experience in handling Large Scale Deforestation projects for Listed companies and have completed all the projects well in time with almost zero errors or left overs.

Currently we are working on multiple projects with Area of Deforestation ranging from 100 Acres to 500 acres, these projects are being worked on in all the capacities - mainly Consultancy and Deforestation with CA Land acquisition.

b) Land Acquisitions for Government Projects like proposed Airport(s), Large Scale Private Defence companies, Oil and Gas giants, Cement Companies etc. At acquisition consultants, our mission is to exceed the goals and expectations of our clients by anticipating market transitions, thorough market knowledge and unparalleled excellence in all we do.

c) Category(Zone) correction/Changes - over 18 years of experience in for Ex. Converting eligible Agricultural Land to Non-Agricultural, to Industrial and finally to Residential, provided Land or piece of land complies.

Ensuring all due diligence is made, all legal compliances are met and all negotiations for best deals are made to create win-win situation for acquirer & seller of land.

d)Misc - all other Land related matters.
